Microgaming has done well by teaming up with Just For The Win, as the latter has made a name for itself with its crisp, juicy slot graphics. Reel Splitter delivers this in abundance with a colourful cavalcade of fruit symbols.

The main four reels are then held and the fifth reel spins, potentially scoring a stacked Wild in the middle three reels and bolstering our win even further. We can also activate Free Spins when we bag three, four or four of the Free Spins Scatter symbols, giving us either 8 or 16 Free Spins. Again, the reels increase to five, but now we also enjoy Win Both Ways across 243 paylines.

Remember the potential for that Stacked Wild on the third reel? Imagine the combos we can create from the fifth and the first reel and use a Stacked Wild on the third reel. Talk about getting juicy. So juicy in fact, we can win up to 2,717 times our stake!

Verdict

Reel Splitter is another fun take on traditional fruit machines. We get that familiar feeling when we land Cherries or Lemons, knowing that they’re going to pay out for five-of-a-kind. The crisp graphics help enhance this experience but it gets even better when the bonus features come in to play.

We thought the Respins were good enough on its own but Just For The Win goes the extra mile with the Free Spins round. And, by extending the reel case, we get more punch for our pound and even more chances to win. So we don’t think we’ll be heading to the pub anytime soon for a fruitie experience.
